We installed a 600-volt supply for a robot charger at an industrial facility in Hamilton. The connection was taken from the facility’s bus duct system, bringing power to the charging equipment within the production area.
Power for industrial equipment
The installation took place within the production area, among the facility’s existing equipment. A boom lift provided access to the overhead work area.
Robot charging equipment is one example of the electrical loads that need to be incorporated into a facility’s existing power distribution. This project focused on connecting that equipment to the available bus duct supply.
